I’m bigger than ‘plus-size’, smaller than ‘super-size’.
Don’t call me ‘chunky’; I am neither gravy nor soup.
I am not ‘fluffy’ or ‘chubby’, although I am cuddly.
I am curvy, but I’m not round.
I’m not small, but not Large.
I hate the word ‘pudgy’,
and ‘heavy-set’ sounds too industrial.
‘Thick’ isn’t bad, but sounds too much like a cut of bacon.
‘Full figured’ is a cop out, ‘plump’ is too old.
I happen to be ‘big boned’,
but that really has nothing to do with it.
‘Fat’ is too generic, and ‘Phat’ is just silly.
Until society comes up with a better word for me,
I will refer to myself as “Fabulously Fun-sized.”
